FocusOS is a planning and reflection tool, not medical, financial, or emergency advice. You remain responsible for your choices, device controls, exercise safety, and backups.

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or access another person’s data. The service is provided as available and may change as it improves.

You own the content you enter. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to store and process it for FocusOS features. You can export or delete your account in Settings.
