Privacy

FocusOS stores the account and activity data you choose to provide so it can plan, track focus, reading, movement, recovery, and reviews. It never reads your phone’s app usage or claims to block apps from the web.

Optional AI coaching is off by default. When enabled, only the minimum structured summary needed for the requested insight is sent to the configured provider; private notes and credentials are not included.

Passwords are handled by the authentication system and are never included in exports. Push subscription details are encrypted at rest. You may export your product data or permanently delete your account from Settings.

Operational hosting providers may process network and database metadata needed to run the service. FocusOS does not sell personal data.
